Todd R. Howard

Todd R. Howard is a licensed attorney in Alabama, Florida, and Tennessee, with over 16 years of experience, primarily focused on real estate law. Before founding Vibe Title & Escrow, LLC, and Howard Law, PLLC, Todd served as president of a high-volume title company and a leading real estate brokerage. Earlier in his career, he practiced law at a Huntsville-based firm, where he successfully managed thousands of real estate transactions. Todd also built a strong civil litigation practice, which he eventually closed in order to take on the challenge of starting and growing a title company for one of the nation’s largest credit unions. For over ten years, Todd led the credit union’s title company and played a key role in the acquisition and operation of Huntsville’s oldest real estate brokerage, which he also oversaw for four years. Todd remains licensed to practice law in Alabama, Tennessee, and Florida. He is also a licensed title agent in Alabama and Tennessee, as well as a licensed real estate broker in Alabama.

A graduate of Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida, Todd began his legal career with a civil litigation firm in St. Petersburg before returning to his native Madison County.

Beyond his professional work, Todd is committed to philanthropy and leadership. He serves on the Madison County 310 Board and regularly volunteers with various groups at the University of Alabama at Huntsville. Todd is also dedicated to raising his two children.
